Denmark opens public consultation on draft law to set national social media age limit at 15
The Danish government has published a draft bill that would set a national minimum age of 15 for access to certain social media and video sharing services. The measure, put out for public consultation, targets algorithmic recommendation and platform practices and is pitched as a child protection step ahead of planned EU rules.
